Individual Training
One-on-one coaching for ultimate customization and flexibility.
Ideal for those who want personalized attention, whether you’re just starting out or tackling specific challenges.

Semi-Private Training
Small group training with personalized programming while sharing the same session hour.
Perfect for those who want a balance of individual coaching and community support.

Group Training (GPP)
General strength and conditioning focused on building skill and safety for all levels.
Great for those with some experience in exercise who enjoy a class format with expert guidance.
- Tuesday: 4:45–5:30 PM
- Sunday “Grind Class”: 9:00–10:30 AM
- Hybrid (mix of live and virtual sessions).
